Terms of Service
These Terms describe the conditions for using WebflowRSS services, including custom RSS feed setup, implementation, hosting, and support.
Last updated: June 2026
Overview
WEBFLOWRSS LLC provides custom RSS feed generation and implementation services for websites built with Webflow CMS. By requesting, purchasing, or using WebflowRSS services, you agree to these Terms.
WebflowRSS is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Webflow, Inc.
Services
WebflowRSS may provide services including CMS review, field mapping, RSS feed configuration, feed testing, deployment, managed feed hosting, troubleshooting, documentation, and related support.
The exact scope of each project depends on the package, written proposal, invoice, or agreed project requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Providing necessary Webflow access or API access when required
- Maintaining ownership and rights to their website content
- Reviewing and approving feed output
- Managing their own Webflow site, CMS content, and third-party publishing tools
Access to Webflow
Some projects require temporary Webflow backend access or API access so WebflowRSS can review the CMS schema and map the correct fields.
WebflowRSS uses this access only for the requested implementation and support work. Customers may revoke access after setup is complete.
Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of all website content, CMS content, images, audio files, media, trademarks, and other materials provided through Webflow or other project systems.
WebflowRSS does not claim ownership of customer content included in generated RSS feeds.
WebflowRSS Technology
WebflowRSS retains ownership of its software, code, feed generation methods, infrastructure, processes, documentation, templates, and related intellectual property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers receive access to the configured RSS feed output, not ownership of WebflowRSS software or infrastructure.
Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the selected package, number of feeds, complexity of the implementation, and any additional support or customization requested.
Payment terms will be provided on the invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement. Work may not begin until required payment is received.
Refunds
Refunds may be available before implementation work begins. Once project work has started, setup fees may be non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service.
If an issue is caused by WebflowRSS implementation, WebflowRSS will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within the agreed project scope.
Feed Hosting and Availability
For managed feed hosting, WebflowRSS makes reasonable efforts to keep feeds available and functioning. However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Feed availability may be affected by third-party services, Webflow API availability, DNS issues, hosting providers, customer CMS changes, or changes made by destination platforms.
Third-Party Services
WebflowRSS may interact with or depend on third-party services such as Webflow, Mailchimp, podcast platforms, RSS readers, automation tools, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and other systems.
WebflowRSS is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party services.
Changes to Customer CMS Structure
RSS feeds are configured based on the Webflow CMS structure available at the time of implementation. If the customer later changes field names, deletes fields, changes collection structure, or modifies content architecture, the feed may require updates.
Additional configuration or repair work may require an additional fee.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use WebflowRSS services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
WebflowRSS may refuse or discontinue service for projects that violate these Terms or create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
No Guarantee of Results
WebflowRSS provides technical RSS feed implementation services. We do not guarantee SEO rankings, syndication acceptance, traffic increases, email performance, podcast directory approval, or results from third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebflowRSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
WebflowRSS may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
